1. Introduction Welcome to Financial Education (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a business registered under UDYAM-MH-15-0165846, having its principal place of business at 4, Sangawade Wadi, Main Road Sangwade Wadi, Kolhapur – 416202, India. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of our website, digital platforms, educational programs, financial literacy services, consultation offerings, WhatsApp Official API communications, and RCS-based messaging services (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Acceptance of Terms Your use of the Services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Continued usage after updates shall be deemed acceptance of revised Terms.
4. Description of Services Financial Education provides financial literacy programs, investment awareness sessions, educational content, training modules, consultation support, and information dissemination through digital platforms, WhatsApp Official API, and RCS messaging. We do not provide guaranteed financial returns or personalized investment advice unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Businesses must be duly registered.
6. Account Registration Certain Services may require account creation. Users agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
7. User Responsibilities Users shall comply with Applicable Law, refrain from misuse, not upload unlawful content, and ensure consent before sharing contact details of third parties.
8. Payment & Billing Terms Fees, if applicable, shall be communicated in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Taxes shall be borne by the User.
9. Subscription Renewal & Termination Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS Communications via WhatsApp and RCS are subject to Meta and telecom policies. Users consent to receive transactional, service, and educational messages.
11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy Delivery depends on network conditions and third-party platforms. Financial Education is not liable for delayed or failed delivery.
12. Intellectual Property Rights All Content is owned by Financial Education. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
13. Confidentiality We maintain confidentiality of user data except as required by law or disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Financial Education does not guarantee accuracy or outcomes.
15. Limitation of Liability Liability shall be limited to the amount paid for Services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
